I first visited here about 12 months ago when it first opened. I have since been back a number of times. The food they serve here is obviously Turkish which means plenty of kebabs/grills and various dips etc. When I go here we usually share the mix starter which includes 6 dips and some lovely warm bread. This is enough for 2 as a decent snack or starter as we do. I have tried the doner Kebab and mixed grill here and you get plenty of meat. Most things are served with rice, bread and salad. Your plate is always piled high with decent quality food. It is ok value when you pay full price but I have a taste card so you get 50% off your food bill which makes it excellent value for money. For 2 people you can have a starter, main each and a drink for less than £15 if you have a taste card which is excellent. It is more like a café than a restaurant but they do serve beer which is good. Overall a very good experience.

i'll give it 4 for the cleanliness n handiness. a friendly gaff opposite strangeways prison :-(. i visited it for the 1st time today with an open mind. starter of halloumi was tasty but the main was not my cup of mint tea.... cannot remember the dish, but it was lots of lamby slices haphazardly tossed in tomato soaked croutons and drenched in yoghurt. i requested a mix of chicken n lamb but sadly tht did not transpire. maybe this is a turkish staple but i found it too slapdash n meaty. it needs a touch of rice n more salad to balance out texture. will call again as i adore turkish food but will go for sthg else next time. they didn't have mint tea either n the turkish coffee came too late. good luck guys will try again nxt time......
